You gotta give Paul credit. He's not just giving lip service to minority and youth outreach, he's actually doing it. I think his views on foreign policy, the war on drugs, drone use and domestic spying will probably go over pretty well there. Check out what MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell had to say about him last night:
