Can anyone identify this song?

I was watching Fox news last night and in the clip below there is a snippet of an instrumental part of a song (a guitar and a saxophone) that I know I have heard many times, but cannot place the name of the song or the movie that I associate the song with. It starts at about the 2:23 mark and ends at about the 2:00 mark:
