So if someone catalogues everything in your house, that's not a search? GTFO with that. It's about building a record that can be dredged up later.

The NSA has catalogued everything in my house? Lol. Do you suppose our governments next step will be wanting to have access to our driver license #, social security #, tax documents, court records, etc?
