We've been over this before. Collecting data is not "spying". You and I are of no interest to them, unless we become involved with communicating with terrorists. Do you really think anyone at the NSA has pulled your records, studied your communications, and then had you followed or traced? Lol. Of course not. Better yet, can you name one single American citizen who has had any degree of measurable harm done to them or their family because of this data collection?

So if someone catalogues everything in your house, that's not a search? GTFO with that. It's about building a record that can be dredged up later.

I'm not sure if he'll win the suit or even if he isn't full of shite (autocomplete doesn't click "search" for you), but the swiftness with which the FBI responded and the degree to which they went is pretty astonishing.
