My knee jerk reaction to it is that Snowden, having lived in America, understands that our attention span is about 15 minutes. Moreover, he understood that if ALL of it came out, the media would obviously identify certain big things and focus entirely on that. Doing it the way he's doing it makes EVERYTHING thing he releases a story in its own right.

So. Bottom line is, he has extended by a GREAT DEAL how long Americans have talked about this issue over if it all hit at once AND, he's ensured it ALL got it's 15 minutes.

Agreed. He's stretching his 15 minutes into about an hour and a half. Assange is obviously on board with it.

But it's still nothing compared to what the Chinese do, and no one says anything about it.
