The Dr who worked on him said that he had a normal "heart quiver" and that they were able to bring his heart back to normal with one defib shock which is "reassuring". He also said that the future diagnosis is very good with this type of cardiac event and that after finding the cause, he should be back to normal/100%.

He's very lucky that they had medical staff that initiated CPR/BLS so quickly. They saved his life.

And he should be done playing hockey. Admirable that he wanted to go back in but I doubt the team will ever clear him again, or at least they shouldn't if it's what I think it is.
