I've eaten fried chicken in a lot of places. Popeye's certainly isn't the best, but it's pretty damned good and consistent. The employees aren't the best in the world, but I've never had a serious problem with them. They've never fricked up my order and they give me the correct change. Good enough for me at a takeout chicken place.
