We will have 26-30 taps, depending on how it all lays out, goal is 30, and we will have a private keg table in banquet room with two taps on it also

Reserve 5 taps to rotate monthly.

You can get pretty "crafty" with 26-30 taps. Should have room for Nola seasonals, Abita selects, Sierra Nevada, stone, goose island, etc.

I'll echo others and advise you to emphasize local craft beers. People around here (especially outlying areas) aren't very sophisticated when it comes to craft beer, but do seem to be willing to support something local.
