I saw someone who welded a rack to stack two kayaks that slid in the bed of his truck and connected to his receiver hitch. You slid one kayak into the "frame" and strapped the other kayak onto the top of the rack/frame.
The problem I found is that there isn't enough space between the wheel wells to put them side to side. So you either need to put them on the side or stack them.
