Unless the pledges were under 21, it doesn't even sound like anything illegal happened.

Hazing is illegal.

Blindfolding them constitutes as hazing.

Forcing them to drink is hazing.

Forcing the calisthenics is hazing.


I don't agree with it, but the laws are written that even the littlest thing is now considered hazing.

The days of the fraternities of old are extremely limited.
