If you had been having sex regularly in your relationship prior to the last couple of months, I would have seen that as a red flag. Did you try to communicate with her about the sudden loss of interest? Is sex important to you in a relationship? These are things that you should have discussed when the sex declined.

Now it's too late I think. When someone accuses you of cheating for no apparent reason other than the lack of sex (in this case instigated by her), then they are mostly likely not being true to their partner.
