Went in expecting it to be total crap but it was actually pretty entertaining. Only problem I had was the overuse of slow motion. I probably liked as much as the first if not more. Anyone else see it?

Oh, you also get to see Eva Green swing a sword topless

Why did you expect it to be crap? Looks awesome for fans of the first one

300 is honestly one of my favorite movies of all time. does this one really compare to the first?

What is Eva Green famous for? Just looked at her filmography and the only things I recognized was Casino Royal and Dark Shadows which I have not seen.

Did you feel like bashing a skull in when you left? I felt like Incredible Hulk when I left the theater last time.

This movie was solid but it suffered from a severe lack of Spartans.

eta: Green's titties though

I just got around to seeing it...Damn that was fricking great.

There were epic battles throughout and Green did steal the show. Sullivan Stapleton as Themistokles did a pretty damn good job himself taking the "Leonidas lead".

I expect there to be a third.

Agree and the parody of Shakespeare's Heny V St. Crispin's speech was poorly done and or, 'dummiefied' down for today's lemming.

Saw it last night in 3-D a solid A and worth the price of admission.

Checked it out Friday night, thought it was good and on par with the first one. Eva Green gave me such a boner

eta: Liked how the movies intertwined with each other, rather than it being like a prequel or sequel.

Saw yesterday. I would give 4 out of 5 stars. They overdid the slow mo blood splatter which was designed for the 3D version obviously. Eva Green was awesome and sexy as the villain.

Pretty good flick

I hope it's good. 300 was lame, but it makes you want abs.
