I think colleges really vary based on the college. There's no real correlation there. TCU prett much sets the bar for hotness, but many small private schools have talent that is meh at best. Obviously, the large state schools tend to have some of the best high-end talent, but much of that has to do with the shear numbers of people attending those universities.
