salesforce is great one, each have pluses and minuses. Surprised no one has mentioned ACT

Salesforce as everyone else has already mentioned.
Also have experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
Personally, I prefer Salesforce but thought Microsoft Dynamics was definitely adequate. Not sure the cost differences between the two or what your actual needs are.
