Not to be rude, but are you female, because it looks like it.

If not, eat for functionality, carbs in the morning, protein around the workout, and all them vitamins and minerals they say we need.

You also need to say what your goal is, we don't know what you are shooting for (although I am guessing trying to get cut).

Would like to lose about 10 lbs.
