Frankly, you are out-and-out lying. None of your links support what you claim they say. Not even the video you linked which I had to sit through for over 8 minutes just to confirm you're lying said the US has spent 5 billion dollars into Ukrainian politics.
Most of the US aid to Ukraine has been for institution building, as they call it. To build a market based economy, such as establishing a healthy financial sector. To help establish a stock market and a bond market, neither of which Ukraine had when the Soviet Union fell apart.
I know because I worked there in one of those programs.
