IMHO, I beleive what most people thing about guns is how we were raised. I am assuming most of us were raised around them, hunting and recreational shooting and were taught to respect guns and what they are capable of. If your not raised around them I think some cannot comprehend respect for them. This so called "common sense gun legislation" is complete bullshite. If congress actually cared they would crack down on gangs and gang violence. If their idea of "common sense gun legislation" is Chicago or Baltimore, than they can kiss my arse. BTW, I love guns

We didn't have a gun in our house but most of my friend's houses had guns, my grandfather's house had guns, most people I knew growing up had at least one gun in there house. Funny I don't recall anyone with an assault rifle though.
