I did. It wasn't bad just needed bigger and more power. But for only a couple of properties not a bad choice at all.

Got a scag vtwin and a bad boy vtwin.
The scag is industrial...but even the bad boy is overkill for under 4 acres.
Scag cuts at 9mph and the badboy cuts around 5-6. Both with new belts and blades will cut knee high grass without blinking.
Make sure you get either a kawi vtwin or a briggs. The briggs doesnt make the power, but is a little less finicky.
