Disclaimer: CrossFit is a potentially dangerous exercise regimen that should be performed under supervision of legit trained (not "crossfit weekend cert coaches")
FACT: Nobody outside CrossFit gives a shite about your overpriced CrossFitting abilities. It is like those people who won't shut up about training for that ultra hard color based 5k. Shut the frick up
Truth: CrossFit is one of many ways to acheive an active lifestyle. Works for some people not for others. It does give girls nice asses though

The only reason I read these threads is for funny crossfit gifs of idiots and pics of hot chicks with great asses.

How many rounds equal 263 reps? I guess the snatches are 1 for 1 but the DUs?

<---- 263
I'm not a fan of the release date of the workouts, it's going to severely hamper my ability to redo the workout to try improving my score.

Do I dare say she looks like the owner of Slinkys? In the most good way.

Do I have to do Crossfit? Is this Crossfit lingo?
Can you explain it to one who´d care to do it somewhere else?
TIA

Damn didn't realize it was already time for the Open. I stopped Crossfitting about a year ago in favor of doing my own programing. I might try some of the workout just to see where I'm at.
Just from a glance, is it just me or does this workout seem easy as shite? What are the pros getting? Seems like anyone who is in really good shape should be able to get 350+. I'm assuming this turns into almost entirely cardio a the workout progresses.
Arbitrarily setting my goal at 360.

Added some times.
Those double unders are killing people especially when people are getting tired. I got lucky that I had a knack for them when I first started. Took me a couple weeks and since then I almost never fail doubles

What do you crossfitters say about the WODs the spartan race people put out in their email blasts:
Carrying a sandbag (or other weight) is a critical component of obstacle course racing. For this workout you can use a sandbag, a medicine ball, or even just a heavy rock. The important thing is to integrate the weight into your movements. Warm up first and then do each exercise for 30 seconds.
Warm-up:
Run/walk 400m with weight
Main Set:
Deadlift (with bag)
Decline pushups
Axe chops (each side with bag)
Squat (with bag)
Clean (with bag)
Overhead press (with bag)
Side plank (each side)
V-up
Rest one minute
Supersets of Main Set:
Sprint Level – x 3
Super Level – x 4
Beast Level – x 5
Cool down with a walk and good stretch.

Im in the middle of moving to another country, ill try and do 14.1 on monday. But i have not been able to work out since wednesday.

I only got a score of 72. Walked into my box never being able to do a DU, I finished with 57. It's not a record breaking score but I was happy. I figured it would turn into a 10 min DU practice for me.
