Bo Bahnsen and the LSU Compliance Department routinely interpret rules disadvantageously for LSU Football. They don't have to do it this way. They choose to do it this way.
In today's collegiate athletics landscape, a Compliance Office can work in a complimentary, congruent path with the football program, or they can work against the grain.
LSU Compliance decided for the latter.
