At a southland D1AA school most of the time is you can get a few nice recruits who got looked over or missed the D1 scholly because of the pyramid affect.
The problem is you can't find a lot of experienced coaches for your staff that will work for less than they were getting paid in high school. D1AA position guys barley get 50K with the OC and DC maybe getting 80K.
I think Bradley will add a little pep to our team in recruiting and on the field...
