Yep, but that doesn't fit in with the lib agenda of portraying blue states as producers and red states as parasites.

Kind of like how they exclude ethanol mandates from the calculations. Or the fact that New York's wealth comes from the Fed giving megabanks sweetheart deals and the taxpayers covering Wall Street's bad bets.
