The Pacers took Miami to 7 last year and are a better team this year. Has Miami improved enough as well to keep that advantage?
The Pacers still have a major problem scoring when they need to. They have the 19th best offense in the NBA this year, which is an improvement of 0 compared to last year's rank. That means a lot more come the playoffs than your suggestion.

No reason that Hibbert and West shouldn't combine to average at least 40 against the Heat
