I like the rye grass pranks. Just get a sack and throw that shite in his flowerbeds, cracks of driveway and sidewalk, around trees and of course all in the yard. Also if you can hide a banana somewhere in his car. Smell after a few days of baking will be unbearable. Best thing is its not a smell so obvious like dead fish or cat shite.
