Yeah I have Mississippi License plate and they wrote the ticket in California for my plate number with a state of Michigan. They don't have in person hearings you have to dispute it online.

If they wrote the ticket to a license plate in the wrong state, they messed up.
That sounds like what they did, correct?
Having hearings in person and whatever doesn't matter. They wrote ticket to some vehicle (and a driver) in another state, not yours, I think I'm reading that right.
The person is Michigan has no knowledge of this ticket. Thus, it would have to be thrown out.
