Go unplug the horns from the wires that go to them. Takes about 10 minutes to figure it out and 30 seconds to fix it.
You might want to check to see if it is still connected to your harness at the brake lights. Don't ask me why, but most cars pull power for the horn from there. Might have a cut or chaffed wire that is shorting out. If it is jacked, just put a jumper from the wire coming from the horn directly to the wire going to the brake lights. Should be a good weekend project and it is probably what is going wrong IMHO
