I thought this thread was about Paul and not Romney.

My question is why could you not call it Obamacare after Obama has taken ownership of it? What's changed?

In real life I deal with PPACA issues everyday. Do you want to know what the black employees call the "ACA"?

He took ownership of it. That didn't change the name of it.

The NAACP is not the random black employees you work with. The average person doesn't even know what the majority of the ACA does.

In addition, Rand Paul shouldn't talk about the History of the Republican Party and African Americans unless he wants to talk about all of it. It didn't go over to well at Howard when he ignored recent history at Howard.

That was the low point of his Howard speech. It revealed how much he had to learn about Black folks, but if he had been briefed, he would have known that if a student attends Howard and he/she is politically interested enough to go hear him speak, there's a 99% chance that this student knows everything there is to know about the historical relationship between Blacks and Republicans. I predict he'll learn from his mistake, and do better in the future.

I work with employees from many different companies as well as the state and several municipalities. So I have a much better feel about how they feel about Obamacare than the NAACP does. I can also add that they are very well informed about Obamacare and a large percentage are not very happy.
