Our 8 wheeler has been more trouble than its worth.
We have had it for about 10+ years, constant fuel delivery problems, stalling, brake problems, electrical problems, etc.
Zero ground clearance, extremely heavy (high centered on a crop row once and it was a nightmare). They WILL get stuck.
No resale value to them at all.
If you have the cash to spare for one at a deal price, it might work for you, just words of warning.
