That Louisiana example is not the same at all since it doesn't have the battle flag as the background for the whole plate. You could argue that that SCV logo is just like any other club or interest that has their own plate. The full sized flag as a background is too much.
In other news ... David Bowie/Queen's "Pressure" is completely different than "Ice Ice Baby"
1:40 mark ... totally different ... just like the LA and GA Sons of Condeferate Vet license plates
