The difference, one NFL OC/QB coach who has coached great offenses EVERY YEAR. The other OC/QB coach has coached teams, with senior QBs, to one good season then failed every year after because he can't develop replacement QBs. The latter was recently a coaching his kid's little league and now has an OC job at Southern Utah.

And what was the result? 4 losses. No way Jennings throws the ball 296 times next year.
