The whole love story didn't really make sense.
The guy had never even talked to the girl he was "in love" with and the girl basically hadn't talked to anyone besides her family in four years.
All of a sudden they say hey to each other when he opens the door for her mom because he is a vallet and she is instantly captivated by him and wants to throw a senior party and all this shite.
Next, she has literally said made 10 sentences to him the whole movie and she is already so comfortable with him that they are making dance moves and making out and stupid shite.
She also acted really weird.. Kind of like an excited 12 year old.

I was forgiving since it was a book and it couldn't all make it film.
