If the organization's priority was to develop AR, do you think Monty would get free reign to play Roberts the amount of minutes he does?
The criticism of Monty is often justified, but Monty is basically a middle manager.
Demps obviously doesn't have a problem with Roberts minutes and doesn't mind moving AR.
Right or wrong, it's amazing how Monty takes all of the blame while Demps goes relatively unscathed on here.

It was clearly a joke. If Brian Roberts is seriously playing 30 minutes a game when Holiday comes back, THEN I will not be joking.
