Data coverage in BR for Sprint is horrendous. Voice is OK.

The site spacing/engineering in BR is the problem for Sprint. It wasn't designed back in the day for their current data technology. And unfortunately the fix for this is very expensive and takes a long time.

There may be a slight improvement soon with data if they ever fire up a 2nd band that is available but not active yet. However you will need a newer device capable of using this band when it turns on to take advantage of it.

New Orleans is a different story and Sprint data coverage in NO is considerably better.

LG g2 for the win.. Ready for them to turn it on here.. Other parts of the country arealready active with speeds around 50 down pretty constantly.. Been in Prairieville /Gonzales for the last 2 years and haven't had any connection issues except when going over the sunshine bridge coming from d ville toward i10..i will have a dropped call on the downside of the bridge..

this is what I've heard. I think Verizon is the way to go if data is important to you
