This article is the first time I've learned anything about Browning. I'm impressed with him.
If the St George effort fails, I'd love to see him run for mayor of EBR. He'd be a heck of a lot better candidate than Mike Walker was last election, IMO.

Norman is the only guy I know involved with SG
We went to the same HS and had kids in the same schools.
He tried working inside the system for years and left frustrated. The school system in EBR is so screwed up it really needs a complete do over.
