Concept as an "epic" movie just seemed kind of ridiculous to me when I saw the previews during the Super Bowl. I didn't know Aronofsky was directing it. Kind of surprising because it just seemed like a cheese fest to me.

Sort of, yeah..I agree.
Just hope it's the good kind of cheesy (Gladiator, Troy).
