Lucy's options...

1. leftover pasta
2. leftover dirty rice
3. French Bread

4. Just made some baked chicken thighs with roasted red potatoes. Came out great. Browned with cumin, chili and red pepper, also some smoked paprika in a black iron skillet. Then put in oven and poured on a can of cream of chicken soup. 350 for one hour.
