It's not about film. It's about everything else. How long are his arms, how quick can he back pedal, how fluid are his hips,how quick can he locate the ball in the air and make a play on it. KT beats Peppers in all these. Usually you can tell a great CB by what he does in the camp circuit against other elite players in a wide open setting. Toliver locked down receivers like Ermon Lane and even Chi Dupre throughout the summer, despite being a year younger. These are the things you judge a CB on, not hudl game film, half of which is offense for Peppers anyway.
