So you at least see the issue with this right? The school in only avoiding shite on their end when little Sally is talking about this awesome party on a ranch and little Betty runs home crying to mommy.

Who picked the horse ranch? Sounds like you're just trying to exclude half the class. Have the party at McDonald's so children of all races can be lovin it.
