Anderson has never been and never will be a SF. He is a PF who has spent time on the court as a "SF" less than 1% of his time in the NBA.

This is not true, nor is it related to the topic. Anderson is a forward. He can play both the 3 and 4.
And the Batum reference was a hypothetical. Many players in the league, including Aminu, have the physical skills of Batum but aren't developed.

My question is this,
If we acquired someone who developed into a must start, 35 minute guy at SF, how does Anderson get his 35 minutes? Are you ok with him getting <30 minutes? Would you entertain the idea of including him in a trade for the right guy?

splitting SF minutes between Anderson and Batum.

This is exactly what you posted. Every single minute Anderson has played this season has been with a PG, SG, and one of Aminu/Evans/Miller at SF. Last season was the same type of story. Look at 82games.com. He isn't a SF and can't play that position effectively.

No

And Davis has been playing center all season.

Evans has been playing SF.

Not sure why people keep saying we need a 3 and a 5 unless they aren't happy w those two. We can add depth there but you don't need starters at those positions
