How long did you smoke them? Can you post a pic of the completed product? I've got several back straps that I've been aching to smoke.

I just picked up my new whip and having a beer at the bar waiting on take-out Longhorn Steakhouse.

If you keep the water in the smoker you can't over cook them. Done a half a pig last weekend & started at 6:00 in the morning, think I took them off at bout 5:00 that evening. You can ask Geauxt if it was any good.
