Sounds normal for your diagnosis. It's most likely not stenosis. Go to PT and see if it gets better. If it doesn't they will refer you to ortho or neuro and do MRI. No MRI needed right now if it improves with pt. You can have a pinched nerve without anything major structurally. You only get to choose your own doc one time with workers comp. don't waste it on a chiro.

Chiropractors will treat the symptoms while a PT will fix the problem. Go to a PT.
