Since you didn't ask for a diagnosis you miss the standard AIDS and death is certain comment.
You really need an MRI for starters and Chiros can help. Look into decompression. No heat. Use some ice to relieve inflamation as well as Aleve.

Descent massage therapist should be able to work that out. My ole lady fixes my frick ups all the time. I LOL at pinched nerves.
