It's not talking about growing up without a father...it's talking about not growing up with an NBA legend father...much smaller pool we're talking about here.
It's not absurd to think that spending a lot of time with a top 50 basketball player of all time could have maybe had some impact on his basketball path.
i thought it was an interesting article...the guy complimented his brother and said what many fans do -- that Austin Rivers sucks...and so far, he really has.
...it sucks that Pete died.
ETA:...and i'm not saying that Rivers won't be good or that the Maravich son was worth anything on the basketball court, because I don't know, honestly....just commenting on the article

Austin is Pete Maravich compared to both of them. Also Jaeson is like 35 years old. It's just a stupid thing to say.
