Great. That's how it is supposed to work. Argue your position and convince the electorate of the rightness of your cause. The losers may not like it, but they have to accept that the outcome was/is "the will of the people."
They to achieve the outcome via litigation creates nothing but animosity (see Roe v. Wade).

just pass over the fact that you have no idea what you're talking about since you apparently believe the courts are forcing all these states to have gay marriage. And one of the purposes of the courts is to protect minorities. You can't always go by "the will of the people". If you did, interracial marriage would probably still be illegal in some states.
