If they picked up heros at the the end of season 2, killed sylar, put in a new villain and began the show there it would absolutely work. You can just have hero go back in the first episode to seemelessly erase the stupid arse other seasons of that show. I havenever in my llife been more disappointed by any form of entertainment as I was by that show.
HBO would work perfectly because they can curse and show gore and obviously are not afraid to kill off main characters.

Yeah, I think if it was a more adult themed version, it would work well.
With the exception of a few, superhero shows on non-subscription based networks are just too cheesy and don't have the proper funding IMO to make it work.
HBO I think could make it work.

i think almost everyone is right there with you. never seen a faster train wreck honestly. the only other show that even comes close is Dexter.
The Golden Age idea could work. it sounds more like an older version of "Kick-arse." I liked the idea of "The Boys,' as it is set in todays world and basically makes an extremely depraved mockery of the entire superhero genre while telling a really good story.
I would like to see something like that which isnt as traditional as most "hero," type shows. It would need to be more like GoT in tone where there isnt really one "set" bad guy or hero. Characters kind of border each.
