Started about 3 years ago I guess.
I can't pin-point exactly who or what group made it happen, but it seems to go hand in hand with several areas of N.O. that have done the same.
Cure taking a chance by opening there was a big first step.
I think N.O. young professionals moving here needed more places like this area and the new attitude and $$$ of the people in this city just made it happen.
