That's because this country was started by the white man, obviously white men will be the head of many institutions. If a white man goes over to Africa, black men will be in majority control. Same as if a white man goes over to China, Asian men will have majority control. Is that hard to understand? It's just the way it is.

IMO, people that are down playing this instance aren't people you need to worry about. They are simply saying it's not that big of a deal and want Sam to be seen and treated just like every other NFL player.

The people that are blowing this story up into a huge deal are just magnifying the fact that he is "different" or is a minority. Minorities always want to be treated as "equal" when at the same time they want people to celebrate them and bring more attention to him. If gays want to be seen as equal then all they should want was him to come out and announce it, people applaud him, and that's it
