Convoluted piece of typing. Good job. The fan deserved to be hit in the face but not by the guy to whom he directed the insult? Makes no sense. Just own what you said and don't try to dance out of it.
And you would tell the guy he's a piece of crap but I wouldn't tell Smart. Because you're a IRL BA, I presume. Like most of the OT.
