Yes he does. I found it interesting that ammo good in say a full size 9mm would perform totally different in a 3" barrel.
This was also shocking to me as this ammo is very popular

That's what was so shocking to me. I figured Critical Duty wouldn't perform that much differently from a shorter barrel but the bullet must rely on that extra velocity to open up more and slow down. I bet they would be very effective out of a pistol caliber carbine.
But for my carry gun, I will probably be picking up a box of Critical Defense.
