I live in SW Miss and just built a house. I priced several places in BR and it was pricey. I ended up going with the Stone Shop in Picayune Ms. It was 29 a ft for 2 cm and 39 a ft for 3 cm. There is also a charge for sink/stove cutouts. We ended up going with Giallo Ornamental 2cm and couldn't be happier.I asked him if he would go to BR to install granite at my moms and he said yes he would, no problem. It's worth a call.

We have 59.5 sq ft with a cooktop cutout and farmhouse sink cutout. Iit ended up being $ 3165 with the travertine backsplash, installation, tax, and trip charge. The giallo is a light tan with black and brown it's pretty but not too busy. The service is great too. We found a chip in the edge and my wife called to ask about it. The owner drove here and repaired it with no questions asked. I would recommend them to anybody.
My wife said the granite by itself was 1829.
